The library is located on the ground floor of the CSI Institute of Legal Studies. The library is well equipped with E-library facilities rare collection of books, treatises, Reports, periodicals, journals, and legal databases.
Rules and regulations
The library has access to many reputed online databases. These databases are a tremendous help for the students and faculties to explore the emerging aspects of the legal field which can facilitate research.
The following rules have to be followed by students while using the library:
- Students can use the library during free hours and after the stipulated college timings. If any student has to use library during the class hours should get permission from the principal.
- The students have to wear their ID cards while using the library as it is required for library transactions.
- Students should maintain silence while using the library.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the library.
- Students are expected to cooperate with the library staff.
- Books have to be kept back from where it was taken.
- Books are to be returned on or before the due date, failure will attract a penalty.
- Reference books will not be issued; they can be referred to within the library.
- Unnumbered books, journals, and periodicals will not be issued.
- Books taken during a semester have to be returned by that semester if not books for the next semester will not be issued.
- All personal belongings should be kept outside before entering the library.
- If any book is lost, damaged, or mutilated the borrowers shall be required to replace the book with a fine fixed by the Director.
- Students should clear all dues to the library before submitting their application for the end-semester University examinations. They should obtain a No dues statement from the librarian.
- A photocopying facility is available in the library.

8.00 am to 4.00 pm on all days except on Sundays and Public Holidays
